- Drove accountability for task milestones to deliver on time product Ex-Factory.
- Distinctions Range shown in image, winner of The Good design award and European Product Design Awards. (I lead the Kettle, supported Espresso and Toaster development)

Product Testing
Directed and performed existing product performance testing as well as new product testing
Spectrum Brands testing for claims such as speed, efficiency, and sound. Claims would then be displayed on packaging and other marketing.
